After looking for many years for the ideal vacation and/or retirement location we settled on the Manzanillo area and couldn’t be more pleased with the choice.
We discovered the Buena Vista development and the whole concept suited us perfectly. The gated location, providing security when would not be there, the turn-key project on the house construction, and the fact that the developers were located virtually on-site gave us added confidence in the management of the project. Living so far away in Canada was an initial concern but it soon evaporated as the project moved along.
Luis Cervantes of Marabasco Builders was extremely accommodating and helpful and came up with excellent ideas, which, along with his 35 years experience building in the area only served to improve the quality and uniqueness of the construction.
We are looking forward to spending as much time as we can at Buena Vista and if we keep having Grandchildren we may have to have Luis expand the house.

We fully appreciate and value all the work and effort provided by all of you during this process. Avis and I are fully aware that, in addition to all services provided for by the purchase agreement, you and Bill as well as Luis & Mario at Marabasco Construction have gone out of your way to assist us at every turn. For that we are VERY grateful, and indeed very lucky to be involved with such a caring and professional team.
We are thrilled with our home in Buena Vista.
